We have one monkey and one ape at Sara's Sanctuary: Lewis the caupuchin, and Maynard the gibbon ape. They have their own space, just outside the farmhouse, so they can watch all the coming and going of Terri, Dennis, and the volunteers.
It's a busy place and they keep their eyes on everything. Their space is covered to protect them from the rain and occasional snowstorm, but bright and airy enough for them to interact with each other and nature. They have a heated bedroom for the cold nights and winters that we keep at constant 72 degrees, where they are free to come and go.
Sponsoring the Primates would help continue that they get only the finest fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, and what ever else they need to lead happy lives.
