Found a Baby wild animal or bird? Please read and help to educate everyone you know!

There are thousands of babies born in the wild every spring and fall, and some of them find there way into the homes of well meaning people.  Sometimes it seems they need help, but in a lot of cases, this isn't so.

Most times a mother rabbit or squirrel will leave her babies throughout the day to feed, and return only at night to feed her babies and sleep in the nest.  These babies aren't abandonded and this is a normal occurance.

Please tread carefully when you hike in our wonderful Pacific Northwest - the animals like it here too!
